Birthday Surprises for Ady

For about a year now, Ady has been begging for her birthday party to be at Chuck E. Cheese and to get her ears pierced. So here comes August, full of birthdays, weddings, and back-to-school, and we managed to fit in some great birthday surprises.

Ady asked us if she could get her "present" early since Blake and Lindsey were getting married. So Dale and I went to run some errands and ended up at the mall. We walked into Claire's and she had no idea what we were doing. We told them we were there to get some ears pierced and she just looked up at me with a giant grin. She was super brave and picked out super cute little flower studs. Happy Birthday!


Then on the 22nd was her birthday party. She ended up having all of the girls she invited come- Lauren, Savannah, Kaylyn, Shaylee, Sariah, Elise, Deanna, and Kylee. Luckily, Stef and Roger came along to Chuck E. Cheese for the ride. It was so awesome!

We got over 300 tokens, and gave each girl a bunch to just go and have fun. They were so cute. They just walked all over finding games to play. The little boys were in heaven, too. Bracken loved the games, and Brayden, too. Although, I think they were just as happy watching their daddies play the games and get the tickets. Clayson was walking from one game to another, gathering tickets and taking it all in. The girls were too cute. We played, then ate pizza, and played some more. When the tokens were gone, we traded in our tickets for our prizes. WOW!! That was a lot of tickets and kiddos to figure out what we wanted to "buy" with what we earned. It was too fun!


After that, we had cupcakes and opened presents. I had made cute butterfly cupcakes, and the kids just enjoyed while Ady opened. Her friends were so cute and generous with their presents. It turned into the perfect party. They all had such a good time!
